(A) It shall be unlawful for vehicles, other than those owned by the town, the United States government, or a United States government agency, to park on any parking areas adjacent to Town Hall, or directly across Bank Street from Town Hall, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. local time each day of the week.
(B) Any person violating this section will be fined an amount of not less than $25 nor more than $50.
