(A) There is hereby created a special nonreverting fund to be known as the Local Roads and Bridges Matching Fund 274 into which are to be deposited funds received from the Indiana Department of Transportation and receipted into and transferred from the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund 201 and the LOIT Special Distribution Fund 257.
(B) The funds or monies within said nonreverting fund may be expended to repair, replace, install, or improve roadways within New Palestine, and for such other purposes and expenditures as deemed appropriate by the Town Council.
(C) Monies deposited in the Community Crossings Grant Fund shall be expended with appropriations only for the purposes for which the grant was awarded under the grant agreements.
