§ 29.720 APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAW.
   Should it be determined at some point in time that the town is subject to the terms and provisions of the
Family and Medical Leave Act as amended and the Fair Labor Standards Act as amended, to the extent any of the provisions of this chapter conflict with the Acts, the Acts shall be deemed to override the provisions of this chapter and control the issue.
