(A) There is hereby created a special nonreverting fund to be known as the Community Room Nonreverting Fund #318 into which are to be deposited all funds received in any way associated with the rental of the Community Room in the New Palestine Town Hall.
(B) The funds or monies within said nonreverting fund may be paid for any expenditure necessary to improve, repair, clean and in any way maintain the Community Room, in addition to payment of any utilities, insurance, or taxes necessary and associated with usage of the Community Room.
