§ 29.701 HEALTH INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The town shall provide health insurance for the Sewer Plant Operations Supervisor, Town Marshal and other eligible employees. An eligible town employee for health insurance purposes is one who:
      (1)   Works at least 30 hours per week as a town employee; and
      (2)   Has been a town employee for the town for a period of 90 days.
   (B)   The portion of the health insurance premium which is to be paid by the eligible employee will be determined annually by the Town Council.
   (C)   The portion of the health insurance which the Town Council determines the town shall pay will be paid for from the budget category deemed appropriate by the Clerk-Treasurer of the town.
