351.14 MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE PARKING HOURS.
   (a)   No person shall park a motor vehicle on any street or other public property in excess of seventy-two consecutive hours.
   (b)   Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to permit parking of motor vehicles where prohibited or relaxing the restrictions on parking of motor vehicles by other ordinances or the statutes of the State of Ohio.
   (c)   When any police officer finds a vehicle which is parked in violation of the provisions of this section, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.
   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
