351.13 PARKING ON POSTED PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (a)   If an owner of private property posts on the property in a conspicuous manner, prohibition against parking on the property or conditions and regulations under which parking is permitted, or in accordance with Section 351.04(f) of the Codified Ordinances designates handicapped parking spaces or disability parking spaces, no person shall do either of the following:
      (1)   Park a vehicle on the property without the owner’s consent;
      (2)   Park a vehicle on the property in violation of any condition or regulation posted by the owner or in any designated handicapped parking space or disability parking space except in accordance with Section 351.04(f) of the Codified Ordinances.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
