151.01 BLANKET BOND FOR OFFICIALS OR EMPLOYEES.

A blanket bond in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) shall be purchased by the Village to indemnify it against losses sustained by the Village as a result of fraud or dishonesty of the following officials or employees:

(a) Mayor

(b) Fiscal Officer

(d) Deputy Clerk of Mayor’s Court

(e) Street Department Supervisor.
