145.03 AGE REQUIREMENTS; RETIREMENT.

No person shall be appointed as a fireman who is under eighteen or over sixty years of age and every member upon attaining the age of sixty-five shall retire from service. Any vacancy created thereby shall be filled according to this chapter.
