145.01 FIRE CHIEF; APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL.

In accordance with Ohio R. C. 737.22, the head of the Fire Department shall be the Fire Chief, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, and who shall continue in office until removal therefrom for the causes and under the powers and procedure provided in Ohio R. C. 733.35 to 733.39, inclusive.
