1323.04 VIOLATIONS; REVOCATION.

   (b)   Revocation of a permit shall be in writing, and shall be served on the owner, or his agent, or on the tenants, or anyone doing any of the work.

   (c)   Every permit shall be considered cancelled if active work is not commenced within the period of six months from the date of its issuance.
