1301.01 ADOPTION.

(a) There is hereby adopted by the Village of New Middletown the Ohio Building Code (OBC) and related codes as adopted by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Board of Building Standards, and as published in Division 4101:1 of the Ohio Administrative Code. as in force and amended from time to time by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Board of Building Standards.
