Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, provided that Council may, at any regular meeting, by resolution duly adopted, change the date or time of the next regular meeting. When any regular meeting date falls on a legal holiday, other than President’s Day, Columbus Day, Martin Luther King Day and Veterans Day, then the regular meeting shall be on the next following day which is not a Sunday or holiday, at the same time and place.
