903.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. The second and subsequent offenses stemming from a second or subsequent excavation shall be deemed a fourth degree misdemeanor.
