(a) No soliciting or canvassing shall be permitted Monday through Friday before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. or on Saturday and Sunday before 9:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m.
(b) Any person, whether invited or not, shall immediately and peaceably depart from premises when requested to do so by any occupant of a residence. If a residence or business is posted with a notice which states “No Solicitations” or “No Solicitors Permitted” or similar wording, a canvasser or solicitor shall immediately and peaceably depart the premises.
(c) No person shall sell, offer for sale, hawk, peddle, canvass or vend any goods, produce or services of any kind upon the streets or highways of the Village or in the rights of way thereto.
(d) No itinerant canvasser or solicitor shall park any vehicle upon any of the streets or highways of the Village or in the rights of way thereto in order to sort, re-arrange or clean any of the vendor’s goods or produce or deposit any refuse on any streets, highways or rights of way thereto.
