§ 171.24 PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Commission shall adopt rules for its operation which rules, or any changes thereof, shall not be effective until approved by the City Council. The City Council may itself adopt, amend or repeal any Commission rule.
   (B)   The Mayor, with the approval of the Council, shall appoint one Commission member to serve as the chairperson of the Commission and a vice-chairperson to serve during the absence of the chairperson.
   (C)   Meetings and operations of the Commission shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws governing public access to such meetings, operations and data.
