§ 171.17 LEAVES OF ABSENCE.
   (A)   A Commission member who, for good reason, will miss more than two but less than seven consecutive meetings, shall inform the Commission chairperson, and may be granted a leave of absence by the executive committee of the Human Rights Commission. If such leave of absence is not approved by the executive committee, the member shall resign.
   (B)   If a member requested or required to resign pursuant to this subdivision does not resign, the Commission may recommend to the City Council that the City Council remove such members and, upon majority vote of the Council, such member shall be removed.
