§ 171.03 SPECIAL ELECTION TIMING.
   If a vacancy occurs and a special election to fill the unexpired term is required pursuant to M.S. § 412.02, subd. 2a. The special election must be held on one of the uniform election dates pursuant to M.S. § 205.10, subd. 3a.
