(a) The Administration Office is hereby authorized to request an application and approval for vendors soliciting in New Lexington.
(b) Any person who provides false information in the registration, or fails to register with the City, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and/or be prohibited from selling or soliciting within the City for a period of one year.
