Any person who is denied a personal possession permit, or who has had a permit suspended or revoked may appeal the decision of the City Administrator to the Board of Zoning Appeals, in writing, within ten (10) days of the City Administrator's decision. The Board shall conduct a hearing and render a decision in accordance with the City of Lexington' s ordinances and regulations governing its conduct and procedure.
