If it is determined, after proceedings conducted under Section 503.05, that a dog is vicious but the release of the dog would not create a significant threat to the public health, safety, and welfare, the City of New Lexington may impose additional conditions upon the ownership of the dog that protect the public health, safety and welfare, including but not limited to, training of the dog, confinement and muzzling.
