(a) The operator of a golf cart, utility vehicle, APV or other low speed vehicle on public roadways or on public property in the Village of New Lexington shall have a valid driver's license.
(b) The operator of a golf cart, utility vehicle, APV or other low speed vehicle on public roadways or on public property in the Village of New Lexington shall be no less than sixteen (16) years of age.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and subject to a fine of not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
