185.10 EFFECTIVE DATE; COPY TO HOTELS.

This chapter shall take effect and be in force from and after March 26, 2023, at 12:01 a.m., and the Fiscal Officer is hereby directed to send a copy of this chapter to any hotel, as defined in this chapter, located in the incorporated areas of the Village.
