151.20 NEW SUBDIVISION.

A person, partnership or corporation making a new subdivision within the City is required to provide all street trees required for his subdivision per the Tree Commission requirements. These trees shall be a minimum of one inch in diameter and all plantings will comply with this chapter. (Ord. 91-19. Passed 6-24-91.)
