151.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby created and established a City Tree Commission for the City of New Lexington, Ohio, which will consist of seven (7) members, to be filled as follows:

(a) The Village Administrator or designee shall be a member of the Commission.

(b) Five (5) members shall be appointed by the Mayor.
