(a) The fees for services provided by the New Lexington Fire Department Emergency Medical Services shall be modified as follows:

(b) (1) The Village hereby established a fee schedule for non-transport feet of fifty dollars ($50.00)
(2) Emergency Medial Services Fees shall automatically be adjusted in order to maintain charges consistent with the Medicare/Medicaid Fee Schedule.

(3) The EMS Department is authorized to bill and collect for said non-transport fees. Any and all such monies received from such billing shall be deposited into the Fire & EMS Levy Fund. (Ord. 20-2. Passed 1-6-20.)
(c) Commencing on January 1, 2015 one hundred percent (100%) of EMS User Fees received by the Village shall be applied to the Fire & EMS Levy Fund of the Village.
