127.01 POLICE JURISDICTION OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.

(a) The Police Department of the City of New Lexington shall have jurisdiction over all property owned by the City located outside the corporation limits of the City.

(b) All ordinances and resolutions of the City shall be applicable to any violations thereof occurring on or to any of the property of the City of New Lexington located outside the corporation limits thereof. (Ord. 83-14. Passed 3-21-83.)
