1343.10 LETTER OF COMPLIANCE.

In no case shall the Code Enforcement Officer be required to provide a violation notice to any person previously provided notice pursuant to this Article or under any other Code provision where the same Code violation is alleged to exist. A violation shall be deemed corrected when the Code Enforcement Officer issues a letter of compliance.
