(a) The City of New Lexington Tenants' Rights Guide shall include a general discussion of the Ohio Landlord/Tenant Law, the rights and duties of tenants, the rights and duties of landlord, procedure for eviction as well as fair rental housing practices.
(b) Whenever entering a residential rental relationship or within one year of the effective date of this Code, whichever is later, all landlords of residential rental properties located in the City of New Lexington are required to distribute the City of New Lexington's Tenants' Rights Guide to every tenant. The landlord is responsible for producing sufficient copies of the guide for distribution to tenants.
