1331.02 BOARD OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT; BOARD OF NUISANCE APPEAL.

(a) Board of Nuisance Abatement. The Board of Nuisance Abatement shall be composed of the City Administrator, the Superintendent of Streets and a citizen of the City appointed by the Mayor. The City Administrator shall serve as Chairman of the Board.

(b) Board of Nuisance Appeal. The Board of Nuisance Appeal shall be composed of the Mayor, one Councilperson, and a citizen of the city, appointed by the Mayor (may not be the same person who serves on the Board of Nuisance Abatement). The Mayor shall serve as Chairman of the Board.
