A first violation of the International Property Maintenance Code shall be a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). A second violation of the International Property Maintenance Code shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by a maximum sentence of thirty days jail and a maximum fine of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). A third and subsequent violation of the International Property Maintenance Code shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree, punishable by a maximum sentence of five hundred dollars ($500.00). Offenders shall also be subject to other appropriate Orders and Punishments, including but not limited to Orders requiring compliance with provisions of the Code, community service, and cooperation and compliance with inspections. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
