Containers shall be placed at the curb or edge of paved roadway no sooner than twelve hours prior to the start of the collection period and shall not remain at the curb or edge of the paved roadway more than twelve hours following the end of the collection period. Solid waste collection shall be made from one point of pickup for each residence, that point of pickup being at the curb or edge of paved roadway. Clippings in a reasonable amount may be deposited at the curb to be collected at the time of the refuse and garbage collection. Up to a total of six residential containers not to exceed 120 gallons combined capacity shall be emptied at each weekly collection. All authorized containers shall be carried to the curb or collection vehicle by the collectors and will be returned to the dwelling or pickup location after being emptied. All lids will be replaced by the collectors.
