§ 91.45 REVOCATION.
   The Chief of the Fire Department or the Fire Marshal shall revoke any permit issued under this Fire Prevention Code when he or she finds any of the following.
   (A)   The permit is being used by any person other than the person to whom it was issued.
   (B)   The conditions or limitations set forth in the permit have been violated.
   (C)   Violations set forth in any written notice served upon the permittee by the Fire Marshal have not been corrected within the time required by the notice.
   (D)   The permit is being used for any premises or locations other than that for which it was issued.
