(A) The hauler shall provide curbside collection of residential garbage and recycling within the municipality from all dwelling units once each week at the rates set forth in § 50.04 and at the times stated below.
(B) The hauler may provide collection of residential garbage and recycling from buildings with more than four dwelling units more often than once per week but no more often than three times per week.
(C) The hauler shall collect commercial garbage within the municipality at least twice each week from all commercial units, or more often as contracted with each unit.
(D) The hauler shall supply all labor, supervision, material, and equipment for residential and commercial garbage, and residential and commercial rubbish pickups as set forth in divisions (A) and (B) above.
(E) The hauler shall make pickups and collection on regular scheduled dates, other than Sunday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
(F) Per the agreement, the hauler shall submit written schedules to the membership of the Western Regional Council of Governments, of which the municipality is a member, for collection. Any changes must be requested in writing and must be approved by the membership of the WRCG in advance of said changes taking effect.
