§ 33.31 SIDEWALK MATCHING FUND.
   The city’s fiscal officer shall be authorized to establish a Sidewalk Matching Fund. The exclusive purpose of the Fund will be to hold monies to fund the costs of repair and maintenance of sidewalks within the city limits, which costs shall be shared between property owners and the city.
