§ 33.25 CLERK’S RECORD PERPETUATION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Clerk’s Record Perpetuation Fund for the deposit of certain revenues and fees received by the Clerk of the City Court and required by law to be deposited into the Clerk’s Record Perpetuation Fund.
   (B)   The Clerk of the City Court shall collect the revenues and fees required to be deposited into the Clerk’s Record Perpetuation Fund and shall remit the same to the Clerk-Treasurer for deposit into Clerk’s Record Perpetuation Fund.
   (C)   The Clerk’s Record Perpetuation Fund may only be expended after appropriation for court record- keeping improvements and equipment. Expenditures from the Clerk’s Record Perpetuation Fund shall be processed, appropriated, claimed and allowed in the same manner as other claims of the city.
