§ 33.06 METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES OF THE CITY’S DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   (A)   Methods of payment. The city’s Department of Parks and Recreation may accept payment by any of the following methods:
      (1)   Cash;
      (2)   Check;
      (3)   Bank draft;
      (4)   Money order;
      (5)   Bank card or credit card; and
      (6)   Electronic funds transfer.
   (B)   Service charge. If there is any charge to the Department of Parks and Recreation for the use of any of the above described payment methods, that charge shall be added to the amount originally owing and shall be paid to the person or entity requesting payment by that method.
   (C)   Credit cards. The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to contract with a bank card or credit card vender for acceptance of bank cards or credit cards.
