§ 131.04 INTERFERENCE WITH PUBLIC OFFICIALS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to intentionally impede or interfere with, or attempt to impede or interfere with, any police officer, firefighter or other city official in the performance of his or her duty or emergency functions.
