A first violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of $2,500. A second or subsequent violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of $7,500. Each day a violation is committed, or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be fined as such.
