(A) Display required. All establishments, licensed under this chapter, shall display their licenses in a visible location in the establishment for which the license was issued.
(B) Annual term.
(1) Each license shall remain valid for a period of one calendar year from the date of issuance unless otherwise suspended or revoked.
(2) Such license must be renewed annually and any renewal shall be for a term of one year.
