§ 117.05 ISSUANCE OF LICENSES.
   (A)   Approval or denial of application. The Chief of Police shall act to approve or deny an application for a license under this chapter within a reasonable period of time and in no event later than 90 days from the date that said application was filed.
   (B)   License must be issued. The Chief of Police must issue a license unless he or she finds good cause for denying the license. Good cause for license denial may be based upon any of the reasons listed in § 117.06 of this chapter.
