(A) No permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be transferable.
(B) In the event of the death of the holder of any permit, or in case of the dissolution of a corporation, or in the event a receiver or trustee in bankruptcy is appointed for the holder of any permit issued under the provisions of this chapter, the permit shall be null and void, and shall be immediately surrendered to the Clerk-Treasurer.
