(A) Renewal permits shall be applied for and issued in the same manner as original permits.
(B) (1) For each renewal permit, a fee of $10 shall be charged and paid to the Clerk-Treasurer.
(2) For each renewal license, a fee of $15 for each motor vehicle listed shall be charged and paid to the Clerk-Treasurer.
