(A) With the application provided for in § 114.03 of this chapter, the applicant shall file in triplicate a list of the motor vehicles intended to be operated as taxicabs, together with the bond, contract of insurance or guaranty bond hereinafter provided for.
(B) The list shall contain the make, motor number, state license number and seating capacity of each motor vehicle to be operated by the applicant.
