§ 112.01 VIDEO SERVICE FRANCHISE FEE.

(A) Pursuant to I.C. 8-1-34-24, the city reaffirms a fee of 5% of the gross revenue of each video service franchise holder or other provider providing video service within the city.

(B) Terms used in this section shall have the same meaning as in I.C. 8-1-34.
