§ 96.16 EFFECTIVE PERIOD.

The dates of the event referred to as “New Haven City Festival Period” are established and approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city, pursuant to § 96.01 of this chapter. The provisions of this chapter shall be in full force and effect only during those dates designated on a yearly basis.
