(A) Sale of alcoholic beverages. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to offer for sale intoxicating liquors and/or beer on his, her or their premises or in his, her or their establishments within the corporate limits of the city, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(B) Consumption of alcoholic beverages. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation doing business within the corporate limits of the city to permit the use of, or consumption of intoxicating liquors or beer within his, her or their establishments between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
