§ 30.23 EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE.

(A) All ordinances passed by the Common Council, requiring publication, shall take effect from and after the due publication thereof as required by law.

(B) Ordinances not requiring publication shall take effect from their passage, unless otherwise expressly provided.
