(A) Where there is neither a point of origin nor destination within the city, transportation of hazardous materials shall be restricted to the following state and federal highways:
(1) Interstate 469; and
(2) Indiana Highway 930.
(B) Transportation of hazardous materials on city streets, other than those listed in division (A) above, is prohibited unless such cargo has a point of origin or destination within the city.
(C) Exceptions to the above restrictions will be made only upon application to the Board of Public Works and Safety in accordance with § 74.05 of this chapter.
