SCHEDULE II. DESIGNATED ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The following streets or portions of streets and alleys shall be for one-way traffic only in the direction indicated:

Between Broadway and Ann Street shall

Scarborough Drive
Between Moeller and Sweetwater Court
Northerly on the east side of the median and travel only in a southerly direction on the west side of the median
Tanglewood Drive
Between North Tyland Boulevard and Rose Avenue
Northerly direction on the east side of the median and travel only in a southerly direction on the west side of the median
